Team Pakistan delivered an outstanding performance at the ongoing Asian Ju-Jitsu Championship 2025 in Amman, Jordan, defeating several top competitors — including arch-rival India — with remarkable skill and determination.

On Day 3 of the championship, Pakistan’s Bano Kosar clinched the Gold Medal in the Women’s 48kg Contact Ju-Jitsu category by defeating India’s Richa Sharma in a thrilling final bout. This powerful victory not only brought pride to Pakistan but also sent a strong message across the region.

Earlier, on Day 1, M. Ali Rashid and M. Yousuf Ali secured a bronze medal in the Duo Men category, while Isra Waseem and Kainat Arif won a bronze medal in the Duo Women category — capping off a successful start for Pakistan in the tournament
