Why do you feel extremely thirsty after Suhoor? Experts have revealed the main reasons and solutions

According to nutritionist Kamini Sinha of Manas Hospital in Noida, it is better to drink 2 to 3 glasses of water slowly during Suhoor to replenish the body's water deficiency. It is more useful to take small sips instead of drinking a lot of water at once.
What mistakes increase thirst?
Consuming too many sweet drinks during Suhoor
Drinking caffeinated drinks like tea and coffee
Eating salty, spicy and fried foods
Drinking less water or drinking more at once
What to eat to reduce thirst?
According to experts, coconut water is the best choice because it contains natural electrolytes that maintain water balance in the body. A smoothie made with milk or low-fat yogurt is also useful, especially if you add bananas, dates, or soaked chia seeds to it. Chia seeds absorb water and form a gel, which helps retain moisture in the body for a long time.
Lemon water, plain lassi, and lightly salted drinks are also useful for electrolyte balance. In addition, oats, porridge, whole grains, eggs, vegetables, and watery fruits like watermelon, cucumber, and oranges should be included in the pre-dawn meal.
A diet rich in protein and fiber releases energy slowly, which reduces weakness and thirst throughout the day.
Experts advise that if someone has blood pressure, diabetes, or other medical problems, they should consult their doctor or dietitian before fasting.
